Psychological Healing, Inc. is a growing mental health practice with over 30 licensed psychologists serving patients across the United States. As the team expanded, their website struggled to keep up, the structure made it hard for new patients to quickly find the right therapist, understand available services, or take the next step toward booking. For a healthcare practice where trust is everything, a disorganized website was directly costing them patient inquiries.

What I Built:

I redesigned and developed the full website on WordPress using Elementor, with a focus on three things: clarity, trust, and lead generation. Key deliverables included:

  • A clean, structured homepage that immediately communicates credibility and guides visitors toward booking

  • Individual profile pages for 30+ therapists, each optimized with consistent formatting for easy scanning

  • Dedicated service/specialty pages (CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma, ERP, Mindfulness) structured for both readability and SEO

  • A patient reviews section pulling from verified Zocdoc ratings to build social proof

  • A clear contact form with friction-reducing copy to lower the barrier for first-time patients reaching out

  • Fully mobile-responsive layout across all pages

  • Proper heading structure (H1/H2/H3) and meta descriptions across all key pages for on-page SEO

The Results:

  • Page load speed improved from ~4.8s to under 2s on mobile after image optimization, lazy loading, and proper asset management, directly reducing bounce rate on the most critical pages

  • Bounce rate on the homepage dropped by approximately 30% following the redesign, with a cleaner hero section and a stronger single CTA guiding visitors toward the contact page

  • Contact form submissions increased noticeably after repositioning the CTA copy and reducing the number of required fields, making it faster and less intimidating for first-time patients to reach out

  • 30+ therapist profile pages properly indexed by Google, meaning each psychologist now has a searchable, professional online presence that drives organic traffic from name-based and specialty-based searches

  • Zocdoc review integration (63 verified reviews, 5.0 average) displayed prominently on the homepage, significantly strengthening first-impression trust for new patients who land on the site cold

  • Insurance information structured clearly above the fold, reducing "do you accept my insurance?" inquiries and helping pre-qualify visitors before they even hit the contact form
